Bathrooms
Bathroom Caulking
& Silicone Replacement.
Showers, baths, vanities and tile junctions sealed cleanly — including cutting out perished silicone and replacing it with a fresh, straight bead.
About the service
A Bathroom Is Only
As Good As Its Joints.
Silicone in a bathroom takes constant water, heat and movement. Over time it discolours, lifts at the edges or splits, and water starts finding its way behind tiles and into cabinetry.
Bathroom caulking is straightforward work that is easy to do badly. We remove the old material completely, clean and dry the joint, mask where needed and tool the new bead so it sits flush and even.
Whether it's one shower or every wet area in the house, we can quote it.

FAQs
Common Questions.
Can you just do one shower?+
Yes. Small jobs are welcome — get in touch and we'll give you a price.
Will the mould come back?+
Removing the old sealant and sealing a clean, dry joint gives the new bead the best chance. Ventilation and drying the area after use also make a big difference.
What colour sealant do you use?+
We'll match the sealant to your tiles, grout or fixtures — let us know your preference when we quote.
Do you work in units and apartments?+
Yes, for both owners and property managers, subject to building access requirements.
